I really enjoyed my stay, especially in the spacious room that had great lighting and a comfy bed. The shower had perfect water pressure and I loved the fast Wi-Fi for catching up on my favorite shows. Just wish the breakfast had a bit more variety, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Vibrant Valparaiso vibes 🇨🇱🎨
Location is a gem, man! Easy walking to all the cool spots and stunning sea views. The staff was super helpful too, giving solid tips on where to eat and chill. The brekkie had a lekker spread that set us up for the day.
But flip, the noise from the rooftop club across the street was a jol—made it tough to catch a decent sleep!

Perfect spot for a nice getaway
The room had a fine view of the harbor, seriously it's like having a private show of the busy port every day! I loved watching the ships come in and out, it was refreshing, and the staff were very nice, always there to help with a smile.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but the experience was worth it.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location with stunning views of the big container boats. It was big enough to accommodate our family, and the staff were super friendly, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
My kids wished for more family-friendly activities.

This Ibis hotel in Valparaiso had a few standout features, especially for its price. The staff provided helpful service, communicating well in English despite my limited Spanish. I appreciated the clean sheets and efficient room layout. The location also worked well for me. Proximity to the bus station was a major plus for my travels. I faced some inconveniences. The room had no drinking glasses, which I found odd, and staff indicated that was the norm. The bathroom lacked basic amenities such as hooks and shelving, making it tough to store my toiletries. The towels provided were quite large, yet limited, and did not dry well in the compact space. it served its purpose as a place to rest but could benefit from addressing these details for a more comfortable stay.

Just a reliable pick for a quick stop in Valparaiso with fantastic value for money. The place is clean and basic, and it's super close to the main cerros, making it easy to explore. Check out the supermarket next door for snacks or essentials.

The location is perfect. right by a metro station and plenty of eating options nearby. The staff was consistently welcoming and there was a good laundry service. The bed size was generous and the housekeeping was on point throughout my stay.
The breakfast area got quite crowded. and could use a better layout for smoother traffic flow.

Best views and helpful staff!
The staff really made my stay special! They gave awesome tips on where to go and eat. I loved the comfy room with a killer view, perfect for chilling after a day out. The breakfast was decent. The restaurant downstairs had good options. Just wished the bathroom had more hooks for my stuff.

The room had a stunning sea view, perfect for catching sunsets. It's centrally located, making it easy to wander around the vibrant streets filled with bars and restaurants. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus, keeping me connected throughout my stay.
On the downside, the room lacked basic touches like a mini-fridge or kettle, which could have been handy. The bathroom was pretty basic with minimal hooks and no shelf for my toiletries, and the slippery shower floor was a concern. I had some issues with the TV and found only two large towels that didn’t dry well in the small space. Breakfast was decent but lacked variety and was pretty basic, and I found the TV in the breakfast area a bit distracting.
